Christine is an archer and archery coach, always interested in learning, and teaching, more about this often under-rated sport where you are always challenging yourself.

It is one of the few sports that caters for any age, from children who strong and disciplined enough to safely use a bow, and often dreaming of getting to the olympics, to those in their eighties or even nineties who enjoy the physical side of keeping active and the social side of being with other people.

Tuning the Archer is her first book, born out of the love of the sport and initially intended as a project for her Level 3 coaching course but it grew, and grew and eventually developed into her first book which is intended to provide help and infomation to archers of all ages and abilites to help them learn more about their bodies and how to use them to become more consistent and proficient archers.
