Customer Service Advisor
Merlin Archery is a family business specialising in the manufacture and retail of archery equipment.
We are looking for a talented and energetic customer service agent to join our team in Loughborough.
We are offering an interesting and challenging role.
Duties will include:
Managing inbound calls and emails from customers.
Making outbound calls and emails to customers who have an outstanding order with us.
Delivering 100% quality service on every call.
Providing technical help to our customers as and when required.
Entering orders, invoicing, handling payments.
Managing returns, solving problems and other associated tasks.
A friendly, warm and natural manner over the telephone and the ability to build rapport.
The ability to multi-task whilst on the telephone.
The willingness and ability to learn a complex and unique product line
Efficient and accurate computer skills.
Previous customer service experience advantageous.
An experienced archer.
Hours to be confirmed by mutual agreement. Part time or full time considered.
Pay dependant on ability and experienceance.
