Merlin Archery is a business specialising in the manufacture and retail of archery equipment. We are looking for a talented and energetic customer service agent to join our team and meet an interesting and challenging role.
Duties will include:
Advising, set up and demonstration of equipment.
Taking calls and replying to emails regarding archery.
- A friendly, warm and natural manner and the ability to build rapport with customers.
- The ability to multi-task and stay calm under pressure.
- The willingness and ability to learn a complex and unique product line.
- A good base knowledge of archery and potential experience in customer support.
Hours are Tuesdays 9-7:30, Wednesdays-Saturdays 9-5.
Pay dependant on ability and experience.
