If you want to check the progress of your order please do the following:
1) Log in to your account (shown at the top of every page)
2) Click on ‘My Orders’ from your account dashboard
Here you can see your current order history, order status and history.
When an order is shipped, an automatic email is sent with tracking information. If you need additional help tracking your order, please contact us and we will be pleased to help.
The actual transit time from despatch to delivery may vary depending on location and service level.
For Royal Mail, please allow 1-3 working days from the despatch email. If your order has not been delivered after this time frame, 9 times out of 10 the parcel is being held at your local sorting office. Although the postman should leave a card if you were not in, this is not always the case. Please call your local sorting office to check.
For Courier, please allow 1-2 working days from the despatch email. If you were not in, and a card was left, please follow the instructions on the card to arrange a re-delivery. If no card was left and your parcel is overdue, please contact us for assistance.
