Fantastic training tool for building endurance and strength
Use this to practice my release and to build up my back tension. As I shoot a high poundage competition recurve, correct back tension and mother strength to draw the bow repeatedly with no shaking is key.
The length of this band is perfect for a multitude of exercises, and can be used all over your body. You can also fold it in half to increase the relative strength needed to expand it.
Folding this into 4 to use it for release training, I'd estimate that if you draw one of the created loops, you're drawing about 35-45# (depending on draw length), so this tool will help the majority of competition shooters, at a range of levels
