Q: Hi, how thick is this target, and would it be ok if used with a full size recurve bow? and how long could i expect this to last if used maybe a few times a week?
A: Target is approx 2" thick. It is only suitable for low poundage trainer bows. If you are shooting regularly it will not stand up well to a full size bow. You should look to the '90cm layered foam target' as a good practice target.
